Length indicates the distance from one point to another.
Older units of length which were used many years ago and still used by some countries today including The Bahamas (known as IMPERIAL UNITS) include inch, foot, yard, mile.
Newer units of length (known as the METRIC SYSTEM) include millimeter (mm), centimeter (cm), meter (m) and kilometer (km).
